Cable external rotation This exercise can: - improve shoulder stability & forward shoulder posture - reduce the risk of shoulder injury Left top (incorrect): - too much arm abduction (arm moving out to the side, away from the body) Bottom left (incorrect): - the line of resistance (gravity) is perpendicular to the line of action (movement). - this is external rotation however, when performed with DBs, the supraspinatus, biceps & forearm flexors work more than the target muscles.
