BICEPS LOAD II TEST FOR SLAP LESIONS Once introduced as a very promising test, the Biceps Load II test - Like other stand-alone tests for SLAP lesions in the shoulder - has limited accuracy to diagnose SLAP lesions. Cook et al. (2012) have found a sensitivity of 55% and a specificity of 53% for SLAP lesions, while Oh et al. (2008) describe a sensitivity of sensitivity of 30% and a specificity of 78%.
