I’ve been seeing this doner kebab recipe all over social media so I put it to the test. Turns out it’s genius and tastes unreal. You can’t compare it to the original but for a home version which is arguably healthy as you control exactly what goes into it, I’m a big fan! Seasoned lamb and beef mince with onions, special spice blend is spread across parchment paper and then rolled up and baked for 10 mins before being unwrapped and then cooked at a high heat for 10 mins so you get some classic cr
